Meet Katelyn, our new Soprano!

We are very excited to announce our newest member joining us in a few months - Katelyn Dietz!

Anyone who knows me will attest that this is my absolute dream job, and I'm thrilled to start this new chapter in London and travel the world with my favorite vocal group!”

Katelyn blew us away with her soaring high notes, seamless blend, and kind energy. We can’t wait to sing with her again!

Katelyn is a multi-genre professional vocalist from Rochester, NY. She earned bachelor's degrees in classical voice and theatre from Fredonia, where she also directed two a cappella groups and a vocal jazz octet, and spent a semester studying Irish traditional song at the University of Limerick. She also sang in the world-renowned Gold Company while earning her master's in vocal jazz performance at Western Michigan University. Upon graduating, Katelyn retrofitted a box truck into a tiny home and headed for Los Angeles, where she has been a sought-after chorister, arranger, and music copyist.

We knew Katelyn would be a great fit for the group and we can’t wait for you all to meet her. If you’re coming to LAAF, you might see her hanging around with us so make sure to say hi!   Please join us in welcoming Katelyn to the Swingle family!
